Shipping:
All US orders are shipped via USPS (Tracking number included) Processing takes approximately 2-3 business days. Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days for non-custom pieces. Tressworthy Hair ships Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom orders: are made to order and are completed in the order in which it is received. Please allow 3-5 weeks of production + shipping time.

***IMPORTANT***
Orders that are $100 and over are required to have a signature (insurance) which you the customer are responsible for.
Shipping does not include insurance.
This means that in the event of lost, stolen, or delayed packages, the buyer will not be eligible to file an insurance claim to be reimbursed.
Once the items have left our facility, we are not in control and will not take responsibility for damaged, lost or delayed packages.
Custom orders: are made to order and are completed in the order in which it is received. Please allow 3-5 weeks of production + shipping time.
Invalid Address Policy:
Tressworthy Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You are responsible for receiving your package.
Please make sure you double check your address when completing your order. If you notice you input the incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@tressworthyhair.com. However if it is sent out already then unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Tressworthy Hair is not responsible for lost packages due to this circumstances.
In the event your package is sent to the incorrect address, please contact USPS to resolve your issue.
When ordering, your shipping and billing information MUST be the same to prevent fraudulent activities.

We Do Not offer refunds. Store Credit ONLY.
Tressworthyhair offers a 7-day return policy on all items, excluding custom orders. Customers have 7 days AFTER receipt of product to return item(s) at their own expense.
Once item(s) has been received and examined, a store credit will be issued. The online store credit WILL NOT include shipping, as shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To be eligible for return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to show proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or returns on custom pieces. Please make sure you double check your size, notes and full address. Once production has started, no changes can be made.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your parcel is returned to Tressworthyhair for:
1) Incorrect or insufficient Address
2) Failure to receive and/or pick up from your local post office within the stipulated time frame
You will be contacted to organize re-delivery. additional cost incurred by you.
